Cooks will be responsible for preparing meals as directed by the Chef and Sous Chef. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner which may result in split shifts. Cooks will be setting up and breaking down their stations, doing prep work and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. They are also responsible for cleaning the line area after each shift and any other tasks as assigned by the Chef or Sous Chef. Cooks will also need to follow all designated health and safety protocols. Any other tasks as assigned by Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager

Dairymen’s is a private and exclusive club in the heart of a beautiful 6,500 acre nature preserve in northern Wisconsin. The club has been around for almost 100 years and is looking for some new culinary, front of house and housekeeping staff to assist in our busy season ahead. The club is led by General Manager Jerry Geiger, Executive Chef Matt Holmes, and Dining Room Manager Mike Rundall. The club’s staff and members have extremely high standards and therefore expect an elite experience.
