Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for the United States Air Force at Minot Air Force Base located in Minot, North Dakota. Our Air Force team is looking for a motivated and dynamic Executive Chef to lead the culinary charge. This position will supervise 12 Sodexo and 35 airmen employees delivering delicious and healthy meals to our airmen, officers and civilian guests. This position will ensure that all production and safety programs are in place and followed, training and devloping the team and actively manage food cost and other expenses. The successful candidate will:
be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Basic Management Experience - 2 years Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
