The PM Grill Cook position is responsible for all grilled items coming from his/her station during the PM dinner service. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in a club, hotel or upscale restaurant. He/She must be able to work as a team and be proactive in identifying needs of his/her station and of the department. The PM Grill cook must be well versed in essential cooking temperatures of both meats, poultry and seafood's. The ideal candidate must have a desire to exceed expectations of both supervisors, peers and members. This position requires individuals to be highly proficient with an attention to detail.
2-3 years experience in upscale restaurants, hotels or clubs
