Oakland Hills Country Club is an exclusive, private Club with a fine dining restaurant, casual dining venues, and several banquet spaces. The Baker works under the Executive Pastry Chef, and will bake all the bread and baked goods for the country club, as well as assisting with baking pastries. Over 70% role of this job is baking bread, and will require someone with a minimum of 2 years of volume baking experience. Knowledge of specialty recipes and flavors a plus. A degree is preferred but experience can substitute for formal education. Shift is 6am - 2pm 5 days a week, Tuesday - Saturday, some Sundays.
