We are recruiting now for a Banquet Sous Chef Our Banquet Team, led by the Banquet Sous Chef and under the leadership of the Executive Chef, delivers world-class cuisine for member events, banquets, and meetings.
The ideal candidate is a professional, skilled, degreed Chef with at least 3 yrs of experience leading banquets and supervising kitchens. He/She will lead by example, treat staff with respect, and help them achieve excellence while always demanding professionalism, best practices, and the highest level of culinary skill in the kitchen. Desired traits include strong communication skills, attention to cleanliness and food safety, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a demonstrated commitment to nurturing respect and teamwork between BOH and FOH staff.

Must have a minimum of 5 yrs cooking experience, at least 3 yrs of banquet experience in country clubs or other upscale venues, and at least 1 yr of Supervisory experience. Requires a Culinary Degree OR over 10 yrs supervisory Chef experience in an upscale venue.
