Executive Chef
The Riviera Club is a Private, full-service Country Club and is seeking a full-time Executive Chef to lead its culinary program. The annual food revenues are currently budgeted $450,000. Responsibilities: The Executive Chef reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and ultimately to the General Manager and will be the leader of a dynamic culinary team and multiple food and beverage outlets. Outside of the main clubhouse food and beverage operation, the Club also has a seasonal Beach Stand Outlet that serves its 7,000 Members. The Club is noted for training Olympic and Champion Swimmers and has one of the largest outdoor pools in the country.
