Executive Chef
The Riviera Club is a Private, full-service Country Club and is seeking a full-time Executive Chef to lead its culinary program.  The annual food revenues are currently budgeted $450,000. Responsibilities:  The Executive Chef reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and ultimately to the General Manager and will be the leader of a dynamic culinary team and multiple food and beverage outlets.  Outside of the main clubhouse food and beverage operation, the Club also has a seasonal Beach Stand Outlet that serves its 7,000 Members.  The Club is noted for training Olympic and Champion Swimmers and has one of the largest outdoor pools in the country. The successful candidate will also be the face of the Food and Beverage operations.  Membersh
