Executive Chef
Coral Creek Club is searching for an Executive Chef to lead their culinary program. The Club has enjoyed a significant growth in membership over the past two years. The next Executive Chef at Coral Creek Club will be a positive and energetic individual who is detail oriented. This individual will look to deliver an exceptional culinary experience while being member focused. Responsible for all aspects of food production including ala carte breakfast, lunch and dinner as adjusted seasonally, as well as special events, golf tournaments and member sponsored banquets.  Responsible for menu development, food purchasing, specifications, quality standards, recipes, and culinary staff.  Responsible for development of applicable food, supply, and labor budgets as well as adherence to thos
