We are looking to hire an AM Sous Chef to join our team. This position is responsible for the management of kitchen staff, and preparation & presentation of high-quality food. This Position reports to Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Responsible for meal preparation, cooking and presentation.
Ensure compliance of health, food, safety codes, and regulations.
Graduated from the School of Hard Knocks or Culinary School Graduate
Minimum 4 years’ experience
