Sous Chef for Private Exclusive Eating Club at Princeton University.
Position reports to Executive Chef. Hours are 55-60 per week with most weekends off.
Responsible for preparing and serving of food for 150 Princeton undergraduates. Menu changes daily.
Supervision of kitchen employees.
Salary range is $45-50K for 40-42 weeks. Summers off. Six weeks paid weeks off during university breaks.
