A typical day includes:
Preparing work areas for food production and service.
Preparing and delivering food.
Supporting special events.
Performing tasks related to appearance, safety and sanitation of food production and service.
Producing food and being responsible for following recipes and accepted culinary practices.

Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1 to 2 years’ experience. • Demonstrate basic kitchen skills. • Fundamental working knowledge of sautéing, braising, grilling, broiling, poaching, roasting, baking and basic sauce preparation. • Obtain ServSafe Aller-Train and National Restaurant Association Sanitation certifications.
Preferred Qualifications: • Associates degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
