Chef / Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager
Twin County Regional Hospital has an opening for an Executive Sous Chef. This position is a salaried, benefited, management, working Chef position, responsible for the day-to-day operation and food production, including Retail, Patient, and Catering outlets. The hours are approximately 6am-430pm Monday-Friday. A few nights and weekends will be required throughout the year. This position has strong growth and promotion potential with a good company that is growing quickly, with multiple accounts in the local area. We operate a low-stress, collaborative kitchen environment in a hospital that is grateful for the hard work displayed.
The ability to learn, grow, be humble, and be part of a small and dedicated team is critical. This position requires intense reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, as well as a passion for great food. This position also requires a calm demeanor and professionalism as you negotiate your work day. You will be a integral and critical part of the operation, working with not just with food in a production capacity, but also with patients as we support the hospital mission to heal those who come thru the doors.

Additional Salary Information: Relocation costs can be negotiated. This is a fully benefited position.
