SUMMARY: The primary purpose of the Banquet/ Chef de Cuisine is to assist the Certified Master Chef who is the Director of Culinary Operations/ Executive Chef, in the management of the kitchen, , all venues, banquets and event operations. Ensure the highest levels of food quality, food production and delivery along with, safety and sanitation are monitored and always maintained.
