The Executive Sous Chef provides necessary supervisory support for culinary operations, which includes assisting with food production and assisting with the oversight of the dining court culinary team in all food areas, including the kitchen, stations and serving lines. In partnership with the Dining Executive Chef and Court Manager, the Executive Sous Chef will actively provide hands-on training and regular coaching to the dining court culinary team. This position will also monitor recipe adherence, safety, and sanitation to ensure their dining court prepares and serves quality food items.
