The Quail West Golf & Country Club Culinary Team is looking for our next Executive Sous Chef!
We are very proud of our current Executive Sous as he moves on to the next stage in his great career and we wish him well. This creates an opening for the right Culinarian looking to be a part if building something truly great.
We are a busy, real kitchen that likes to cook every day. The Club operates multiple kitchens and full pastry shop where cooks prepare from scratch almost everything in house from stocks to desserts. The multiple restaurants are open 6/7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to a very exclusive membership in varied dining rooms. The Club's banquet kitchen can accommodate many parties at once for over 500 guests. Parties range from elaborate weddings to corporate events to backyard barbecues. The Club also hosts upwards of 15 multi course wine dinners per year.
A strong interest in the culinary arts, good work ethic, and ability to learn are all required to succeed. Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow for the right individual with real dedication to being a Chef. Adapting to the Clubs Platinum Standards is a must.
The kitchen is led by a Certified Executive Chef and US National Culinary Olympic Team Member with experience building & leading Platinum Club teams, training future Chefs, and ACF leadership. A degree from an associates program and/or a certified apprenticeship program is preferred but not required. You must be available to work in the U.S.
