Chef
About the Position The working Chef‘s position demands consistency in all areas of casual dining, banquets and club events while maintaining the highest of culinary standards and cleanliness. The Chef will provide oversight and leadership to an already strong working team. The Chef will look forward to shaping the dining program with creative and innovative ideas in both a la carte and banquets in line with the needs and tastes of the Club’s membership. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to training and developing the culinary staff, scheduling, production supervision, inventory and cost controls, purchasing, budget development/management, and all menu creation.
