Bridge View Center and VenuWorks is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage | Executive Chef for a multi-use facility hosting 400+ events annually.  Be involved with all the behind-the-scenes work to produce and host live events - from wedding receptions to corporate meetings and banquets to trade shows, concerts, and other entertainment events. This person is responsible for all management of food & beverage throughout the facility, including food quality, service, and sanitation.  This position will coordinate and direct the training and activities of all food service employees in food preparation, service, and sanitation ensuring an efficient, timely, and profitable operation by performing these duties and responsibilities personally or through staff under their supervision.
