PASTRY CHEF   Stonebridge Country Club, a private country club in west Boca Raton, is looking for a creative and passionate, highly experienced Pastry Chef, reporting to our Executive Chef.  The Pastry Chef directs and coordinates all pastry food service within the Club and is responsible for daily preparation of all baked goods and pastries, for a al carte and banquet production.  Must have the culinary expertise and experience to make a wide variety of desserts and baked goods, including confectionery work.  Ensures that the quality of pastry is up to Stonebridge standard, is passionate and inspired with desert creations, and design masterpieces that go beyond our member’s expectations.  To be successful in this role, must be well versed in the culinary
