To run a year-round active Club kitchen.  Hire staff including all cook positions, purchaser, and dishwashers.  Create a safe, clean and respectful kitchen environment.  Interact with other departments to provide the best service possible.  Looking for a team person both in the kitchen and out.  Ability to service members and also serve weddings and events.  Sometimes at the same time.
