Persimmon Woods Golf Club, located in Suburban St. Louis, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our Culinary Experience! Founded in 1998, our Private Golf Club continues to be recognized as one of the best Private Clubs in the Region. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Positive Attitude all of the Time (This one is essential) - Three (3) Years Experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef - Honesty and Integrity (Also, essential) - Creativity! Experience with multiple types/levels of cuisine, from Burgers to Beef Wellington, and Shrimp Tacos to Shrimp Scampi! - Strong Negotiating Skills - Committed to Keeping the Kitchen Clean - Demonstrated Fiscal Responsibility - Proficient with Technology
