Mitchell Technical College in Mitchell, South Dakota is seeking an instructor for its Culinary Academy.  This is a full-time position beginning August 1, 2022.  Mitchell Technical College, www.mitchelltech.edu, is a two-year college that awards Associate of Arts (AA) degrees in our Culinary Academy program and other technical programs.  

This position includes both classroom and laboratory teaching of all levels of Culinary Arts courses. In addition, this instructor will have proven communication skills and be responsible for maintaining positive classroom management. Other duties include, but are not limited to, curriculum development and restructuring, committee assignments, student academic advising, student recruitment, and responsible usage of culinary materials and supplies.
