Culinaire is seeking a high-level, high-energy, highly creative professional Chef de Cuisine in Denver to manage our kitchen operations in The Ponti Restaurant that is located inside the Denver Art Museum. The Ponti Restaurant is open for lunch only, except Friday until 6pm. This position is recognized as the technical expert, teacher and trainer for the kitchen team. Our Culinary mission will combine art and dining, presenting a locally-sourced and inspired cuisine with high standards of sustainability.
