Success in this position requires excellence and expertise that strengthens the university’s capacity to engage students, community members, and affiliated researchers on food and beverage and hospitality issues. The faculty member will contribute to enhancing the School’s national and international reputation for its undergraduate programs. The faculty member will teach experiential food and beverage laboratory classes with management components as well as other required and elective classes. They are responsible for maintaining cost-effective, innovative, and sustainable operations practices in cooperation with other faculty and administrators.
