Chef de Cuisine
Summary of Duties: In collaboration with the Marriott Foundation Hospitality Teaching Center (MHCIC) Director, the Chef de Cuisine is responsible for supporting and executing the operational needs of the School of Hospitality and Business Management (SHBM)/MHCIC catering services, Atrium Café, and the HBM curriculum. Duties include, but not limited to ensuring clean, efficient, friendly and courteous service; responsible for providing direct supervision to student employees, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating and disciplining employees,   This position will represent the SHBM at external events including catering, seminars, presentations etc., act as ambassador for the SHBM at fund-raising and friend-raising events,
