Want to work on the beach? We are hiring a year round chef/kitchen manager to support our other year round kitchen staff. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in menu planning, inventory and supervision of staff. We want someone who is a team player with lots of creative ideas. Our summers are very busy but for 9 months of the year we have the opportunity to be more creative with food. We have a fun take out program through the winter and a loyal following. 

We have been serving cafeteria style through COVID and will plan on maintaining that until the pandemic slows. All of our staff are vaccinated and we do wear masks indoors at this time. 

We are looking for someone who supports our mission of awakening universal love, wants to practice radical hospitality and is a team player. We have a great team and are just missing this part of it: the right kitchen manager! 

At least 4 years in food service, supervisory experience (hiring, nurturing and termination if need be). Team player, vaccinations for COVID.
