General Summary  Effectively manages the production operations and facilities needs of the Culinary Arts & Foodservice Program. The facilities comprise approximately 13,000 square feet of state-of-the-art new construction, including the two teaching kitchens, service kitchens, baking kitchen, commissary, fine dining restaurant, and Grab ‘n GOurmet bistro. Production functions include daily breakfast and lunch offerings at the Grab ’n GOurmet bistro, weekly lunch offerings in the fine dining restaurant, coordinated evening dinners in the fine dining restaurant in conjunction with the department and foundation/development office, and other special events.
