General Summary Create profitable restaurant operations that allows Odessa College to engage with the Odessa Community in a unique way simultaneously providing Culinary and Hospitality students the opportunity for experiential learning. Specific Position Duties Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Adult, Continuing and Workforce Education, the Director of Restaurant Operations is responsible for the operation of the Grab and Go and O’Cuisine campus restaurants. Job duties are but not limited to: · Manage daily operations of Grab and Go and O’Cuisine dining · Expand operations of the Grab and Go and O’Cuisine to weekend, Summer, and evening offerings
