Chef de Cuisine
Are you ready for the next step in your culinary career? John’s Island Club, a top Platinum Club of the World, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join our outstanding team.  The Chef de Cuisine will plan and direct the food preparation for John’s Island Club kitchens, and is responsible for ensuring quality, service, and sanitation standards are met and an optimal dining service is delivered to members and guests. This position will coordinate and manage the activities of kitchen staff, including scheduling, preparing daily work assignments, communicating policies, enforcing expectations, and providing special instructions where needed. You will assist in the selection, supervision, and mentoring of an international staff representing 25 countries.
