Position Summary: Ensure proper food production for meals and functions. Monitors, supervises, directs, assists and trains other culinary staff. Essential Job Functions: Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff. Monitor preparation, apportionment and garnishment of foods. Delegate work assignments to culinary staff. Monitor club dining room reservations and adjust food preparation and staffing needs. Make adjustments to work assignments where necessary. Assist stations with proper and timely food production. Provide instruction and training where needed. Participate in the preparation and cooking of food items. Expedite for service line and special functions. Ensure completion of PM food preparation and special request
