Responsible for all BOH operations Performs and approves the requisition of food products and other necessary BOH supplies Responsible for submitting a monthly inventory of food products Provides creative menu implementation/plans menus for all food outlets of the club Responsible for proper preparation and execution of food items required for banquet events. Responsible for interviewing, selecting and training BOH employees Schedules and coordinates work of BOH staff to assure food preparation is economical, technically correct and within budgeted labor cost goals Ensures high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained in all kitchen areas Establishes controls to minimize food
