Responsible for all BOH operations  Performs and approves the requisition of food products and other necessary BOH supplies  Responsible for submitting a monthly inventory of food products Provides creative menu implementation/plans menus for all food outlets of the club Responsible for proper preparation and execution of food items required for banquet events.
