Executive Chef
Job Summary: The Executive Chef is responsible for all food and pastry production, including all food that is sold and/or provided in the club’s member dining areas, banquet functions, and other outlets.  Develops and enforces standard operating procedures for the department and supervises all culinary staff. Purchases and inspects food products and manages invoicing and storage areas to ensure we maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. The Executive Chef is adept and responsive in controlling food and labor costs and managing their budget. Handles all administrative responsibilities on an accurate and timely basis.
