Executive Chef
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Grand View Lodge. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, staff management, and inventory control. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for ensuring food safety standards are maintained, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and collaborating with other departments such as events and catering to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.
