The Sous Chef will be directly involved with the Executive Chef with menu design & execution for three venues, member satisfaction, execution of daily specials, banquets, ala carte dining, recipe development, food quality control, plate presentation, overseeing food preparation & handling, and checking in orders.  Food and Beverage operations at Hound Ears Club are open 7 days per week, May through October, 5 days per week for individually planned events November - April, with a busy banquet and Member golf event schedule.
