Bates Dining, Conferences and Campus Events operates the Bobcat Den and CurbCat Food Truck as la cart retail operations. The Retail Operations Associate is responsible for one-on-one customer service, safe and efficient food preparation and quality assurance, responsible alcohol service, accurate cash handling and appropriate waste management.    This position calls for someone who demonstrates an ability to relate well to individuals and groups with varying backgrounds, perspectives, education and skills.  Exemplary organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and ability to cook and fill orders in a fast paced environment are all a must.
