EXECUTIVE CHEF Job Summary The Executive Chef spearheads all facets of Kitchen operation and culinary production for MCC.  The ideal candidate must be positive, energetic, and team-oriented and thrive in a hands-on and fast-paced environment while creating memorable dining experiences.
