This is a hands on working Executive Chef position, someone who is a natural leader, and who will be responsible for all food related offerings, Back of the House responsibilities, and will lead all daily operations, while providing a positive atmosphere for all employees and members alike. The Chef is responsible for staffing and hiring their own team, keeping a spotless kitchen, be clean and organized, and offer to our members exceptional menu offerings that reflect seasonal bounty as well as classically prepared dishes. This is a brand-new kitchen for the candidate to work in, and we want the new Chef to be able to deliver exceptional food offerings to go without new dining facility, that will meet and exceed our members high expectations this season.
