The Midwest Culinary Institute (MCI) at Cincinnati State invites applications for the position of Instructor – Culinary Arts. The position is a full-time, tenure-track faculty position providing classroom instruction for a variety of culinary courses.  Well-qualified applicants will possess advanced culinary skills including garde manager, butchery, and international and classical cuisine.
