The Midwest Culinary Institute (MCI) at Cincinnati State invites applications for the position of Instructor – Culinary Arts. The position is a full-time, tenure-track faculty position providing classroom instruction for a variety of culinary courses.  Well-qualified applicants will possess advanced culinary skills including garde manager, butchery, and international and classical cuisine. Working with departmental colleagues, the instructor will share responsibility for course and curriculum design, establishment and maintenance of academic standards, and recruitment of new students.
