This position serves as Executive Pastry Chef for NC State Dining providing oversight of the bakery department. This includes overall leadership, coordination, planning and innovation of the bakery.The person in this position must be committed philosophically and operationally, to delivering high quality services in an efficient manner, while being sensitive to the service needs of NC State University.
