Looking for a strong Sous Chef that could potentially move into the Executive Chef position at a future date. The Sous Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen. This involves a large degree of supervising other kitchen staff, as well as staying current on modern cooking techniques and ingredients.
