Sous Chef
Looking for a strong Sous Chef that could potentially move into the Executive Chef position at a future date. The Sous Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen. This involves a large degree of supervising other kitchen staff, as well as staying current on modern cooking techniques and ingredients. The Sous Chef acts as the head chef’s second in command, executing and managing daily kitchen activities. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation and Cooking: Oversee and participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals. Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the chef’s standards and specifications. Develop and test new recipes
