Sous Chef
This position is directly responsible for all food preparation for formal and mixed grill dining rooms. In addition, he/she oversees all kitchen operations in the absence of the executive chef.  Must be able to work independently, show sound judgement and decision making as it pertains to food and member expectations at Sailfish Point Country Club.  Reports directly to Executive Sous Chef.   Major Responsibilities: Responsible for all food items, hot and cold prepared for ala Carte dining.
