SOUS CHEF JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing and managing the kitchen operations and staff. Assist in creating menus, ordering food, maintaining a safe, clean kitchen, and providing menu choices to suit a wide variety of members. Help instill a positive work culture in the kitchen that creates a cohesive team and promotes growth and improvement in the dining experience for our members and guests.
