Success Patterns: Ideal candidate for this position has: *Worked in a fast paced, high-end restaurant environment *strong organizational skills and is able to multitask efficiently *extensive banquet and/or catering experience *the ability to work fast and clean *a passion for working with food *previous kitchen management experience, has lead a kitchen team towards a common goal *Culinary degree or ACF certifica
