Overall: The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine to manage the overall operations of the Middleby innovation show kitchen located in Lewisville, Texas. The show kitchen will operate Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus some after-hour events.
