The catering cook will report to the Director of Catering and Sales, and will be responsible for prepping and cooking, as well as scaling for baked goods. You will be reliable, punctual, bring good skills and keen to learn. This position has great growth potential for the right candidate.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum two years culinary experience
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Good culinary and sanitation skills. Catering and pastry experience a plus. Reliable, able to work with wide range of demographics; organized; calm; friendly; resourceful. The role requires solid knowledge of grilling, sauteeing, poaching, stocks and sauces, and basic pastry skills
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Prep food for catered events, deliver and attend events when necessary
Work closely with Director of Catering and other culinary staff members
Receive and label shelves in cooler and dry storage
Manage inventory and par levels
Excel skills a plus
Culinary school or equivalent experience
Excellent organization skills, with attention to detail
Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively
