*Job Overview*
Seeking experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team with Mediterranean cuisine. The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. The Executive Chef, will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, menu planning, flair for creativity, dedication to excellence, and food preparation to ensure the highest quality of culinary offerings.
*Duties*
- Manage and lead the kitchen, dining room and events teams in daily food production activities
- Develop innovative menus that meet quality standards and exceed guest expectations
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate and accommodate special dietary needs
- Supervise and create banquet and catering events to deliver outstanding service
- Provide leadership and mentorship to kitchen and wait staff for professional development
*Qualifications*
- Must have knowledge and experience of Greek/Mediterranean Cuisine
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Strong background in kitchen management, food production, and menu planning
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of banquet operations and catering services
- Proficiency in inventory control and food cost management
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required
