As our Executive Chef you will be charged with driving culinary excellence in Thompson Dining Hall - the largegst high volume resident dining hall. Dining halls offers Multiple Stations, a C-store and late night dining. You will be menu planning and maintaining menu cycles while overseeing safety and HACCP compliance and ensuring over the top food quality for our students, faculty and clients.
Ideal candidate has:
Experience with managing,training and mentoring a culinary staff;
Experience with food management systems for ordering and inventory, prefer experience with Sodexo DRIVE;
Passion about staying up with food trends and what is popular on a university campus;
Experience controlling food and labor costs;
ServSafe proctor and Food Handling training background.
