ALMOST 8 WEEKS OF PAID VACATION, HOLIDAY AND PERSONAL LEAVE PER YEAR PLUS: 15 sick days per year; tuition remission for employee and family members, full health insurance and retirement plans and more!!!! Reporting to the Executive Chef, serve as one of up to three sous chefs overseeing the culinary team of a resident dining room with yearly revenues of over ten million dollars and over 300 staff members. This is a working leadership position. This is an essential position and the incumbent must report to work when the campus is closed due to weather or other emergency conditions. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field OR Associates Degree from an accredited culinary program OR ACF Executive Chef Certification OR equivalent skill level AND at least three years of progressively responsible culinary leadership. Must have, or obtain within 90 days of hire, and maintain a Prince George's County Maryland Food Service Managers Certification and a Maryland Fire Marshal Crowd Management Certification |
