Sous Chef (Food Service Manager)

Reporting to the Executive Chef, serve as one of up to three sous chefs overseeing the culinary team of a resident dining room with yearly revenues of over ten million dollars and over 300 staff members. This is a working leadership position.

This is an essential position and the incumbent must report to work when the campus is closed due to weather or other emergency conditions.  The University of Maryland is a non smoking campus
