Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Executive Chef 1 to join a Corporate Services Account located in Ridgefield, CT. This location has a building population of 900 people but doing roughly 500 covers a day currently. Sodexo manages the cafe and catering operation where we serve Breakfast and Lunch.We are looking for candidates who can command a team and have leadership skills, a strong culinary skillset, and preferably be servsafe/NFC certified.
As the Executive Chef 1 you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operation for the account. Duties include: menu planning, ordering, inventory, managing food cost and leading and developing a team.
