Starting pay is $14.50/hour and this role is primarily responsible for operating an industrial dishwasher and cleaning the facility floors with an industrial cleaner. Part-Time, 14-19 hours per week. Schedule varies each week based on availability. Available shifts include Thursday 2:00PM-11:00PM, Friday 2:00PM-11:00PM and Saturday 11:00AM-5:00PM and/or 4:00PM-11:00PM. The Taproom is currently open Thursday 4-9PM, Friday 4-9PM and Saturday 12PM-9PM with plans to expand to Sunday in the near future.

Roles and Responsibilities
Operate industrial high temp dishwasher safely and efficiently
Thoroughly mop facility floor utilizing industrial floor cleaner prior to each weekly opening to the public. Mop high traffic areas and Taproom dining area at the beginning of each daily shift as needed
Hand wash dishes, pans and glassware in three bay sink as necessary
Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly, dry as needed, and store in the appropriate places in accordance to FDA Food Code and company standards
Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the kitchen and facility, including emptying trash cans, safely cleaning and maintaining dishwasher, deli slicer and other kitchen equipment, cleaning bathrooms, opening/closing activities, floor and surface cleaning and sanitation, operating washer/dryer, and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately
Adhere to ServSafe food handler guidance
Assist cooks, barbacks, and servers as needed, especially during peak hours
Report any serious incidents to manager, such as machine failures or broken equipment/facilities
Other responsibilities as defined by manager
Actively enrolled in High School or High school degree or equivalent required
Qualifications and Skills
1 year related experience preferred
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
Must be 16 years or older
Knowledge of safe food handling practices. Must be ServSafe Food Handler Certified. Willing to pay for certification.
Ability to work Thursday through Sunday
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Team player and customer focused attitude
Lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds
Work in standing position for majority of working day
